If your client is interested in an Enterprise license of MindStudio, follow these steps:

Learn as many details as possible on the client’s security, product, and vendor requirements.
Please notify us at [email protected] that you have an enterprise lead and brief us on their profile and needs.
The client should fill out the form on mindstudio.ai/pricing (or fill it out on their behalf), and we will get in touch directly.

What is it? With MindStudio, clients can opt to self-host MindStudio to ensure data never leaves their premises or private cloud.
Who’s it for? On-prem or private cloud solutions are designed for large, data-sensitive organizations. Examples include governments and enterprise companies in highly regulated industries like finance, defence, or healthcare.
How long does it take to set up? It depends on the client’s timelines and needs, but you can expect around 120 days.
How much does it cost? Enterprise quotes are customized to the client's needs. Enterprise packages that include private cloud or on-prem start at $1MM USD annually.
What are the next steps?
- To discuss if a client is a good fit for on-prem or private cloud, please follow the steps in the above section. Please include other software solutions your client currently hosts on a private cloud.
